Learn exercises based on time tested yoga principles that can be modified for anyone to practice. You'll stretch your major muscles, loosen joints and learn breathing exercises for reducing discomfort and pain. Many of the exercises will be done sitting in a chair. ($7 or $5 for Co-op members) |

Join us for an evening of Tai Chi beside the American River as the full
moon rises. We will meet at Glen Hall Park in East Sacramento and walk
together to a quiet spot on the river. Full details available at time

FULL MOON TAI CHI AT THE RIVER

Learn a variety of techniques - therapeutic movement, stretches, posture awareness, acupressure and massage for releasing tension in the neck and shoulders. This class will also include instruction on breathing techniques to enhance the effectiveness of these practices. ($7 or $5 for Co-op members) |
